Good score on the spare parts! Hopefully that head isn't cracked. Warped can be fixed easy enough. 

The two seat wagon and sedan use the same gas tank. Only the three seat wagon is different. It's two gallons smaller (17 vs. 19). Since you have to build a floor you might want to consider an early Falcon/Mustang tank (http://www.1aauto.com/1A/GasTanks/Ford/Falcon/1AFGT00174/530463). You'd have to remove the fuel filler inlet and patch over the hole, then put a side inlet in, but there's not much of a problem welding on a new tank.

Their "universal" steel tank is the same as the $150 Mustang/Falcon tank at 1A, but at full retail price.

I'm pretty sure "no" is the answer, but (Frank?) will a classic
sedan gas tank fit a wagon? Keep in mind my wagon trunk has
been gutted for the big LP tank, and I have to build a new floor.

There's a 63 Classic at U Pull It (195.6OHV) that in an hour I
will be pulling the head, generator, regulator, etc, bumper(s)
and gas tank from... rare enough event here, not to be passed up!
