I got the same deal years back on a 78 Widetrack two door Cherokee.
scoped it good, had soem rust issues and a very slight engine noise when first fired.
Brake, gas pedals , steering wheel looked like new, beolonged to a doctor, being sold for him by his detailer.
I drove it and it seemed nice enough, paid deposit, drove it home. checked it out. Was supposed to meet the doc on Monday morning to transfer the title. I get a call that the doc saw the detailers add in the paper and he thought the add was wrong as he was pretty sure the odometer had turned over. I go out and scoped the brake pedal and gas pedal, even the steering wheel, well turned out they were all NEW...
  I drove it back and got my deposit returned...
