Weird that they would want to be associated with what most people consider a dead company. I suppose they liked the name, and figured that some people would recognize it as a car company and figure they had been in business for a long time?? 

As far as payment, since DCX let the trademarks expire, all they had to do was pay the new registration fees.

I wonder how much they paid for it... assuming s/he own all
