I was calling around for some oak trim to finish a 5 year old kitchen 
project. The CRAP places literally and actually refused to say NO WE DO NOT 
HAVE ANY OAK TRIM, it was all 'well we have quite a selection...' The good 
places said, 'no, sorry we dont' carry that'.


Yeah, you're smart to not blame your kid. He got bamboozled too. I guess 
that's how they learn how charlatans work.
