That may be because of a toy; I've a 'Ranchero' type toy which is called 
'Rambler' (because the thing is comprised of a base-but-restructured Rambler 
Station Wagon with the wagon part turned into a pickup truck kind of thing! 
Strange...but I don't think I ever guessed this toy would cause that kind of 
confusion especially 40 years after the fact!
