my objection is that it isn't based on the scrapped car in question's
actual emissions, but on some kind of phonied-up estimate of what
maybe it might possibly emit under certain conditions and
circumstances. that means your excellently-maintained collectible is
scored exactly the same as the clapped-out heap smoking and leaking
from every seam and plug and running on only 3 cylinders.

2. handheld gps is good enough
3. no radio, never mind dvd
4. ipod? probably try to install linux on it.
