Re: [Amc-list] brake drum cost vs. shipping

Hey, I'm still kicking, I just have fins on!
Snorkeling has wrecked what is left of my shoulder.
Thank god for Lortab and Rum! Yeah, I know, don't mix, OK, I alternate!
I don't have any drums or rotors turned when new. Used to do it as a routine. Till one of the manufacturers said they would not warranty machined rotors, so I quit. If they are out of round when I install, I return them or at least contact the seller to see what is required to keep the seller and manufacturer happy.
I went out on a snorkel cruise this am and saw not less then 3 Comnche trucks in the traffic heading into the beach area for work. So they must have sold fairly well here!
This is a nice place for a vacation, but I don't hink it's ,uch of a car guy area...
Micheal Jordan, Operah, Tiger Woods, yippee, so what!
It needs a dragstrip and some carshows...

We have two more days here on Maui, then we move to the big island. I'm way looking forward to the move. We have a B&B lined up that was a gardeners cottage built in the 40's just outside Volcanoe national park at the 4,000 ft level in the rain forest. It just sounds nice and relaxing...
