Thanks for the various replies, guys. Tom: the hose on the 62's isn't "straight run", but is moulded at one end, which a lip on it. I do have a metal filler inlet piece from a '64 Classic that has a phlange on it, which would allow me to use a length of Napa hose. - Justin > Message: 15 > Date: Mon, 09 Jul 2007 16:51:17 -0700 > From: Tom Jennings <tomj@xxxxxxx> > Subject: Re: [Amc-list] replace fuel filler hoses? > To: "AMC/Rambler owners, drivers and fans." <amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx> > Message-ID: <1184025077.9270.4.camel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Content-Type: text/plain > > On Mon, 2007-07-09 at 12:30 -0800, Justin Shelton wrote: > >> I assume that these hoses are no longer available, and the presence of >> the lip on the top end of the hose means that it will be hard to make >> do with something else. > > Gas filler hose is available at NAPA, sold by the foot.
