A: Somebody has been doing that with my cellphone for quite some time. I had 
to keep turning the GPS off (when I didn't turn it on in the first place) 
and a buddy will be neutering the signal for me. (If I could find an older 
phone that didn't have GPS yet took pics, I would swap this one out!)
