[Amc-list] Arizona's New for 2007 Smog Waiver program

The criteria, the short and sweet of it is if you have your car covered
by Collector Car insurance, the need to have a smog test done is waived.

You have to go to the DMV with your insurance policy describing the type
of insurance it is and when approved it will be come part of the
standing file kept on your car. As long as it is covered by Collector
Car Insurance, smog testing is waived. Should you drop the insurance or
have it changed  to non-collector insurance the DMV will be aware of it
and will automatically drop the waiver on your car. This will then
require a smog test for your car. 
There is a few nuances as to the years covered, but they are very broad
and very workable for the most part. 
Having had to deal with smog requirements since 1978, I have waited a
long time for this and I can live with it. I had the AMX re-licensed
Monday AM.
Drum roll and celebrate, the world is good. 
Guess it is time to get the Donohue back out of cold storage.
