Don't count on it taking South America to get E85 here. They are in the process of building the largest ethanol plant in North America in New Stanton, Pa. About two mile from my mother-in-laws house. I would expect the product of E85 to spread out from that location as it comes in to production. Probably not though, as they will likely truck it all out west to mix it with Gas! They said they built the plant there because of water needs. I don't understand why it was not built closer to one of the great lakes if that is the case? I'd guess there is big fat political reason or one H#!! of a tax break! -- Mark Price Morgantown, WV 1969 AMC Rambler, 4.0L, EFI, T-5 -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: Brien Tourville <hh7x@xxxxxxxxxxx> > > However ..............- we're going > to see $4.19 Gal. fuel for awhile > - and - > $4.50 Gal. will be the 'norm' until > we make nice with South America so as to bring > E-85 to the East Coast. > > _______________________________________________ Amc-list mailing list Amc-list@xxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.amc-list.com/mailman/listinfo/amc-list
