Jay,

Inline Tube can supply you with pre-bent brake lines. They list a set 
for 1968 and 1969 six cylinder Americans that will work perfectly with a 
Bendix master cylinder. There are two brake lines that are different for 
Wagner master cylinders and they have those also but don't list them.

Galvin's has two ways to help with a bad Wagner master cylinder: Part # 
08-2131 is a new master cylinder ($168) but they say there's some 
adaptation. Part # 08-2132 is a re-sleeved and rebuilt master ($245). 
Kennedy American has a new replacement (3182131) for $175.00.

Also, you may want to check with Kanter to see what they have available. 
They're pretty good at suppling hard to find stuff.
