Your the one that has repeatedly said how easy it is to use the factory spring perches off a torque tube car on another housing! 
  I doubt the costs would warrant the assembly as a whole, for any truck or car!!! I was just looking at the "what pieces could I use aspect".  That split crossmember would come in real handy for instance. The truck arms assembly, maybe, but I'm not so sure on it. Spring mounts would be on the housing top from the original.
  Looking it over again I'm not so sure it simply is not a good visual aid as to how to build a crossmember.
If I ever get past the planning/looking stages I will need to figure out what height the front of truck arms need to be mounted at.. Theres a small shop not far from my house that tubbed a 63 Classic, I think it got a set of ladder bars. car was around town for a while, but powered by a Smallblock, so I never had any interest in it. That shop may be good place to get the tubing bent for a crossmember  though.
  Most of the Nascar arms I see for sale are 51" in length. I'd need to measure to see where that puts the crossmember. 
  All of this will likely never be done by me. Unless my Borg's turn out to be true basket cases and I move to the Turbo 400! Then all bets are off! I've got two trannies to work from, if the two don't work and I can't get one built from the two, then Turbo 400 time it is!
