[Amc-list] HO oil pressure??? efi???

Does anyone know if the 91-95 HO ecu needs to see the oil pressure signal to run?
I seem to recall it sends the signal from the idiot light to the ecu, but what does it do with it???
Do I need to tee my oil tap and run the idiot light sender for the ecu and the Auto-meter sender  for the gauge or can I ditch the idiot sender???
  I think Tom J may want the sender as it seems to be a good one! :] I need to know if the ecu wants it there though???
