It's your crank, you set the deal.

For your reputation, you can use the AMC-list! Charge extra for shipping
and make a really nice box, if if the buyer wants it both ways (cheap$,
but no $$ for good packing) they're unreasnable and you'll have nothing
but trouble anyways...
