Not a "jeep" part but an AMC six block-to-bellhousing plate
from a pre-72:

steel part 0.090 - 0.95"
aluminum part 0.090 - 0.092"

Starrett dial caliper. I measured in a couple of places and made
sure there was no mushroomed edge, etc. The range indicates
my measurement error (dirt, whatever). As we used to say,
'good enough for government work'. I assume that would be 0.90"
if I steel-wooled it spotless.

Yes, one of them is aluminum, which I think is odd too. It
doesn't look homemade, it is absolutely identical to the steel
part in all ways (apparantly including thickness.).
