Joe,

Your schematic shows 3 speakers in series. If they are all 8 ohms, you will have 24 ohm load to the radio (8+8+8). Using three speakers is kind of oddball. There is no way to wire up three 8 ohm speakers to get an equivelent impedance of 8 ohms. However, disconnect the dash speaker and wire the two door speakers in parallel to get your 4 ohms load for the radio.  (i.e the +ve wire from the radio to each of the +ve terminals of each speaker, and the -ve wire from the radio to the -ve terminal of each speaker)
