[AMC-List] .040 over 360 OK?

1. My goal is to keep the car as orignal as possible but because the engine 
that the car has is not rebuildable is it better to stick with the 360 or do 
some digging and try to get a 390?
2. I have found a 360 block to replace my damaged one but it would need to 
be bored 40 over. One of the few modifications I plan on making is to add 
A/C to it with the overbore and the A/C will I run into cooling problems in 
the summer?
