Congrats!
The slow engagement on reverse is a common condition.
If babied and not misstreated it will go a long way in that condition.
The biggest killer of the trans in the eagle , well in my opinon anyway, is the high start up idle and people not willing to wait a second and kick it off before dropping the trans in gear!
