[AMC-List] ambo whls

   71-74 Ambos came w/ 14", the only exceptions were FLEET option 15's
   which were the mopar style plain steel wheel. When full wheel covers
   were spec'd they were the Jeep Commando/ Wagoneer type w/o the cutouts
   for locking hubs.
