no, i didn't.  the pt cruiser is a reskinned neon through and through,
yet it falls under truck safety and emissions rules.

they're boasting that the new small jeep is also essentially a neon
[shared with a new awd neon chassis], yet they're trying - while still
trying to lure more -car- buyers - to maintain that it's a jeep, not a
car...
