Frank, Go up a few years on the two piece front hubs! I know my 1969 had them, As did the one 1969 parts car and the two 68 parts cars I had. All cars I worked with where Americans. I think the 1965 Ambassador large car was two piece two. They might have went one piece after 65, but the small car stayed two piece at least through 1969. I have a bunch of the hubs here. I save everyone I get as they make great trailer hubs! -- Mark Price markprice242ATadelphia.net Morgantown, WV >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Date: Thu, 29 Dec 2005 11:00:39 -0500 From: farna@xxxxxxx Subject: Re: Fwd: Pacer Suspension: To: mail@xxxxxxxxxxxx Message-ID: <ADVANCES62oV1qdiixj000000b1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Prior to 1965 or 66 front drums/hubs are all two piece. Drive the studs out then the hub will come off. You can't tell until you take the front drum off though. Then it's easy to see the thick flange on the inside of the drum. Brake size doesn't matter. I haven't verified the last year for two piece units. I'm sure there's at least one year where both one and two piece hub/drum assemblies are used.
