What does Ohio say about cars that come from states that don't require titles? I would imagine that in these cases your state might just issue a fresh title? Thankfully, here in GA a title isn't required for cars older than 1985---a handwritten bill of sale is good enough to get a tag here. While I've never had a Pacer, it seems to me that the 1979-80 interiors are much nicer & I really don't care for the wagons. Aside from the rarity of the 1980 models, I would think that these cars would share in the factory Z-barting that started with the 1980 models, as Pacers seem to have some rust issues. This Pacer is only about 250 miles from me, so it would be an easy one-day pickup. Now if only it had a title....
