For $855 that car would have to be really rusty to not be a good deal! I think what kept people from bidding it up more was the fact that "batteries weren't included" -- it needed some assembly before it could even be loaded on a trailer. Didn't sound like to much, just to much to go fix and drive home or drive onto a trailer. I've loaded cars with a come-along or tow rope plenty of times (chock trailer wheels, use a long rope and tow car up! Definitly a two person job!!). I couldn't believe what it sold for! I am looking at the red 1959 wagon that didn't meet the reserve. The owner & I are in discussion. > Is there anyone on this list that is near Hannibal Missouri? Sure would like to have someone check it out for me. You can contact me off list if you don't want anyone to know you are looking at an un-cool pre 60's wagon. > :) > bens33ford@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Benjamin > > ============================================================= > Posted by wixList Archiver -- http://www.amxfiles.com/wixlist ============================================================= Posted by wixList Archiver -- http://www.amxfiles.com/wixlist
