The entire axle? I'd cut the ZJ arm mount points off and weld spring perches on, using the XJ leaf springs. That's the easy way out. If both are D35s the same width and you just want the rear discs, pull and swap axles and hardware. I'm reasonably sure the tube ends are the same on drum and disc axles.
