I didn't make a typo, but I did look back a second time at the information I copied/pasted the above from -- and I found a different use of that same number.
block 3190808 - 232 CI YEAR 1964-1970 3.8 LITRE, BORE 3.7500 STROKE 3.5000
Of course, it makes no sense to me that there would be a re-use of a number like this: my suspicion is that the source I had for the first number (which listed 3190808 as a V-8) was in error.
Aha. Thanks! I was suspecting Matt was right, and I had given you the casting number instead.
Frank, I will flip the block over and see if I can detect any sleeving, but I looked at the bottom of the bores before and didn't notice any oddness.
