The 56-62 use a different bushing than the 63-66. Check with the Nash Club also. That's where the bushing originated. One more thing, throw that rubber hose between axle and body away and get a new one! It's probably the original, and now's a good time to replace it! Preventive maintenance might save your life one day. It's only $10-$15 at the most, and you already have to bleed the rear brakes, plus it's half off and easy to get to now.
