Re: Fun with fuel and vacuum lines



That was enough to get the vacuum line loose in the fitting but the nut is still rusted to the tube. Also, I have been using flare nut wrenches. I just had an idea on how to get the lines out by unscrewing the fuel line elbow from the pump and then taking off the vacuum line. I'll let everyone know if this works or not.

You might want to try tightening the fitting first with a line wrench, just enough break them loose. Sometimes it works.
