AMC, Javelin, don't know. Steve Avery Guess! Date: Thursday, June 2, 2005 06:05 PM From: Mahoney, John <jmahoney@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> I'm completely out of time today, so can post only one somewhat "timely" note. On June 5, 1969, a clay model was photographed in a Detroit design studio. That automotive mug shot was dutifully labeled as photo "S-14276-2." It was among the first "downsized" pony car clays to be studied. Its rear quarters looked like those on the 1968-70 two-seat AMX. Behind it in the studio was another unfinished clay. It showed off 1971 Javelin/AMX-type rear fenders. Do you know its make, model and "working" name?
