A: The Comando had the Buick V6 though and some 304s in the end @'72 (that's what my J4000 got a flexplate from). Haven't heard of a stock Buick 350 one. I think the adapter was originally designed for Chev to use up the leftover nailhead trannies. Jeep used the same trans with another ring to bolt up to the AMC V8s.
