I am not going to offer a suggestion as to price cause there are so many variables. What I will say is that there is a need to check the front subframes, especially the driver's side. Sitting for so long only invites moisture problems and the subframes have a notorious reputation for rotting. If it is gone then the car is really only good for parts. You might want to browse around http://www.amceaglenest.com/ and look in the forum or ask questions. they may be able to give you a better answer.
