My wife and I both read an article on how poor the reliability of the BMW and Mercedes is. We told our son. He is slightly swayed and we are working on him. My wife will not buy anything that doesn't say Nissan or Jeep on it and after this LAST Chevy S-10 I won't be buying G.M anytime soon. The dealership experience leaves a lot to be desired. Funny thing is the second delaer I used was real nice till I had a had a problem and we tried to work it out. Then they turned Rabid. No negotiation with them at all. Guess what? This dealer aslo sells Mercedes! Go figure! My son is also taking German in school. I'll see if I can get him to read the article. Every little bit helps.
