I wrote to Coan and received the fol reply: 'We offer an 11" Pro Street Converter, part number COA-40215. This converter is a 22-2600 stall speed converter. This converter performs really well on the street. The cost on the converter is $299.95' I was unable to find the Coan converter on Jegs or Summitt, but the TCI converter is avail through Summitt for $276. Steve obviously likes his Coan converter. Anyone have any other experiences with the TCI or Coan converters. Is the Coan avail anywhere else for less than their website? (the TCI converter is almost $100 more when you buy it from TCI vice Summitt). --- Marty Bricker <mbrickerusn@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > Date: Mon, 11 Apr 2005 18:56:03 -0700 (PDT) > From: Marty Bricker <mbrickerusn@xxxxxxxxx> > Subject: Re: SUPPLIERS FOR CONVERTORS > To: mail@xxxxxxxxxxxx > > I haven't ordered a converter yet for my 998 in a 74 > AMX but received the fol reply from TCI: > 'Our breakaway series converter should work > perfectly > for you.
