Two wires will be nuetral safety switch, connect them together.
Two wires will be reverse lights, connect them to the reverse light switch on the side of the T-5.
Some T-5's have a nuetral switch IIRC. I would not useit as you will be required to put the trans in the nuetral postion to start the car. That's a choice you will have to make. Most manual trans cars do not have any form of nuetral safety switch.
