EBAY #4538877364 Will this work in an 85 Eagle?

EBay #4538877364

Can this be used in an 85 Eagle?
Seems there should be some type of ready made cross member I can use to put
a 360 in it.

I want the easy and quick way to do it. Fabricating one is out of the
question. While minor alterations would be okay.

My Eagle has a good motor. But I want the 360 / 727 combo with HEI and
possibly Fuel Injection. I just want a simple solution to drop one in.

Also seems like most of the technical Innovation from listers and others
(Jeep lists) is on many web sites. The Archives don't give you the complete
story. Would it be possible to put most of it on one or two web sites? It
seems like the same questions get asked over and over, and the same answers
returned. One site will free up the list to pursue other technical issues
that don't involve swaps.
This has probably been addressed before but I have to ask.

Thanks for the great tips from every one!

John, Depending on which handle you have in your car (there's a sharp angled
handle and a smooth rounded handle) new ones may still be available from GM.
Last time I looked (a few years ago) the smooth rounded release handle was
still available new from GM. They were only about $5 or $6. If your local GM
dealer can no longer get them I am sure you can find them cheap enough from
one of the thousands of classic GM parts suppliers. The smooth rounded
handles were used on many GM products up into the 80's. The latest thing I
remember seeing them in was a 80's Blazer.
