Re: Park Brake Release Handle: Removable?

John, Depending on which handle you have in your car (there's a sharp angled handle and a smooth rounded handle) new ones may still be available from GM. Last time I looked (a few years ago) the smooth rounded release handle was still available new from GM. They were only about $5 or $6. If your local GM dealer can no longer get them I am sure you can find them cheap enough from one of the thousands of classic GM parts suppliers. The smooth rounded handles were used on many GM products up into the 80's. The latest thing I remember seeing them in was a 80's Blazer.
