Re: NOS Armrest...help?

I see that part one of yesterday's effort does not appear online and part
three appears un-paragraphed --- with spaces, dots and a "QUIT" added. By
Gremlins? I don't know why it's so hard for AMC to compete, survive or to
discuss today.

I'll re-send that missing missive and "handle" the mystery matter below; if
there's time later, I'll again -try- sharing some interesting AMC info. I'm
getting awfully tired of "trying" --- or maybe I'm getting tired of AMC.

Steve- Not Gremlin/Hornet, as this one is slotted at the
front end for the door handle. Your Gremmie and my Hornet
use a handle further forward, so our armrests have no
slot. (You made the same assumption I did...which is how
I ended up with it! hehe)

Bryan- 1973.....no model(s) specified, eh? Well, I **know**
it ain't Gremmie/Hornet, and it sure ain't Javelin. For
1973, that leaves Matador/Ambassador, so that's as specific
as we're gonna get on the part number the seller supplied.

But the part number on the armrest's plastic mount itself
is different (3654511). Perhaps this number is part of the
mold and doesn't apply to the 'complete armrest assembly'??

Numbers and people can lie. At:

click "Les Marques"

click "American Motors"

click "1973 Matador" and "1974 Ambassador"

to see truth. Do the eyes have it?
