" Do yo know what size and length bolts are used on the shaft rockers
" on a 232? And i noticed that the head has one deeper bolt hole.
" What is it for and do I have to do anything different? I really need
" some help to get this engine together.

" Thanks Tim
just a warning - if that deeper hole is near the middle of the head, i
bet it runs into an oil gallery and is for the hollow bolt that feeds
oil to the rocker shaft.
there is a service procedure to bypass the hollow bolt with an
external line run directly from the oil filter area; early 199/232 had
problems with the gallery clogging up.
