it dont always take a lot of power to turn a pump. my drag car i was racing
last year, has a ford 400 in it, put in a high volume, high pressure pump. i
spun it with my 18volt skill brand 3/8 drill and was getting 40lbs pressure.
but still, there is  nothing to drive the oil pump on a 196.
