Ok,

The base pattern for the WCD and the BBD appear to be the same.   I postioned the carbs with the linkage pointing toward the driver and the linkage operates in a similar manner on the two carbs.  You might a a clearance problem with the incoming fuel line.  I can look more closely and take some pics if you need them.
