That site is actually one of my company's sites we built. (It's not one I handle, I only deal with Mazda dealers and Mazda USA) The Cash 4 clunkers shouldn't affect anything older than 1984 model years, PLUS the stipulations for it make it not as easy to use as you might think. I mainly see this as a way for somebody to down grade in car size. Since the customer has to have had the car registered for at least one year and it has to be newer than an 84 model, I don't see it as that big a deal on older cars...Unless of course you collect the mid 80's cars and up...(Does anybody really do that??)
