on the American I believe if you look it up you will see parts changed 2-3 times from 64-69.
However if you get it all from the same year it works in any of those years!
I have a 67 set in my 69.
Could have used a 64 if the one I found had not been all rusted away.
I do have a spare set that I got from a guy swapping out to automatic.
He traded me an automatic pedal for the setup. all I did was pay shipping on the stuff both ways.
Nope, not for sale, may break something on mine and need it someday!

Same holds true of being able to use the six cyl stuff on V-8 Americans.
I only had to make one simple pivot bracket to bolt up to my 72 up bell.
