Hey, That sounds good! I have the whole mess, controls and all, maybe even the condensor, but will likely go with new condensor, dryer hoses and compressor. I'll do a thorough clean and pressure test on the evap as there is not sense in installing junk! For years I said, "No A/C" Now it seems, that we continually go straight from winter to summer, then spring and back and forth. It will be much more enjoyable with A/C for those 95 degree days. -- Mark Price Morgantown, WV 1969 AMC Rambler, 4.0L, EFI, T-5 2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo, 4.7L, Quadratrc II " Chronic Pain Hurts" -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: "Jeff Reeves" <jeffr@xxxxxxxxxxx> > Mark: > On the Hornet/Gremlin/Concords, the evap case naturally mates up to the heater > case-meaning, the same heater case can be used whether or not the car has AC > with, I think, just a minor mod at the point where the two mate up.
