Mount the Turbo - run the oil lines - plumb the boost to a Blow Off Valve - then to the carb bonnet. There aren't many great Intercoolers outside of a Spearco - $ka.ching$ - so running an IC is 'Optional' and probably the biggest expense on a budget build like this. A Mercury Merkur Ti has a nice ball bearing / water cooled Turbo one can find in slavage or www.car-parts.com that would go nicely on a 196 - 232. Plenty of Japanese Turbos out there - Toyota MR2 is one. Again, the information in Datsons' books is not set up for easy reference. You'll read one Article and find a gem and another somewhere else - PostIts as marked Reference Tabs is the only way to go here. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
