Re: [Amc-list] silly ford axle question?



I have had an 8" with 4.11 gears and a mini spool under the Gremlin for 
the past 7 years and has worked fine....putting 280+HP to the rear 
wheels with a 360....it now has a 401 with over 300HP to the rear wheels 
in front of it and continues to motor along.......I do have an auto and 
I do not hit it hard like a 4spd would..
