If your spring perches aren't flat, I doubt that they were made that way, more likely they've bent from hard launches at some time in the past.
  I made two plates of steel, about 14 gauge or so that fit the top of my lowering blocks and dirlled a hole in them to allow the pin to fit up into. I put these plates between my perches and my lowering blocks. That way the ends of the perches are supported. Don't drive it hard the way  you have it! Something will likely give. 
   Well, maybe not. keep checking the ubolts every time you drive it at the very least to make sure they don't loosen up. After a few drives they should be fully seated.
