Re: [Amc-list] Lowering Block Kit?

The blocks work OK for most driving. I just wnated to be sure you are aware of what other changes they do.
My springs are 2" and the wrap is not horrific, so you will probably be OK. My blocks started life as 2" and I've snice cut them to 1.5" to raise the car slightly. The key areas are the pin diameter and the width. My blocks are for 2.5" springs so I cut a 14 gauge plate to put on the block where it sits against the spring as otherwise only the front and rear edges would be supported. Unless your Javelin uses Isolater mounts I'd be very surprised if any of the generic off the shelf kits don't work.
A NAPA, Advance auto, shucks should be able to get a kit you could look at to verify fit. They would liely not charge much if they don't work.
Sorry, I can't be more help, I bought mine a long time ago.
