1/2* negetive camber will usually only cause the drivers side tire to wear slightly on the inside.
Road crown causes the right side tire to actually wear even. At least around here.
Don't flame me on this, I've seen it in actual use for 30 years.
Rotate the tires and it isn't a problem. With big and littles, I just rotate the front side to side. No I've never had a problem with a radial tire doing this, even though some think it is not O.K with radials. The wife's Altima's owners manual actually states that the tires should be x rotated! I do it all the time. I look at my tires and how they wear and rotate them to a spot on the vehicle that wears slightly different.
