That coffin-nosed Matador sedan with the custom front lights belongs to an 80 something year old gentleman named Jim Barton. He was the former owner of Sayre Motors (an AMC dealer) of Sayre, PA. This dealership was on Keystone Ave. I believe there is a utility company located in the building now. My mother grew up next door to the dealership and my family always owned an AMC from this dealership. In the 60's my father worked for Sayre Motors. I guess I can give them credit for my eventual interest in AMC's..... Believe it or not, Jim still does much of his own maintenance on his vehicles.
