Two problems: 1. Geographically, CA is so darned "tall" that finding a good medium meeting place where many left coasters can/will attend is tough. Needs to be out of high traffic areas. 2. No one to step up to the plate and get it done! To get one for this time next year, someone needs to make a committment to do it and start beating bushes! I've done it before. The first show I ever did I only had 6-7 cars show up, but I did it!! It was a disappointment, more for those who came than me I think, but they took it in stride and all asked if we'd try again the next year. I didn't, but only because I discovered another group nearby and threw in with them instead. I wish we left-coasters had an event like the Chilson's.
